5 August 2020 Meeting transcript
Meeting on 5 August 2020 with SW and 'notes' of meeting with AM on 31 July 2020.
Despite being informed that the first paragraph in ‘Document 4’ that appeared in the hearing bundle was different from the original - amended to remove my ‘emotional impact’ statement (underlined in red), and despite the dishonesty in the notes below and my recording that proves it, Judge Gamble found no issues with the credibility of the respondent’s or with AM’s honesty in her recording of the meeting on 31 July 2020 shown above.
I had issues with highlighting the above documents.
Apart from the text that is underlined in red, the words that are underlined and highlighted in the above documents indicate what I was wrongly accused of saying.
The ‘agreed’ transcript below proves I did not say what I was accused of, and the highlighted words within the transcript show exactly what was said and by whom – Steven Whyte.
*Note: Dishonesty by the respondents was ignored in totality by Judge Gamble.
