“Expert opinion of Dr Craig” (tribunal words):
In the hearing, I exposed Dr John Craig’s significant medical error in assessing me (he assessed ‘me’ - not my evidence - almost two years after this begun) using an inappropriate and incorrect rationale of a clear CT scan and no loss of consciousness. I addressed his unevidenced claim that I did not speak of post-anterograde amnesia in my final submission.
The tribunal ignored this.
Up until the hearing, for almost four years, I was subjected to significant medical malpractice by the NHS (a story for another time), which includes issues related to treatment, recognition, and basic human decency.
I spoke of this in the hearing, and it is evidenced in the bundle. It is abhorrent, and deeply hurtful and unacceptable to have an impartial tribunal describe my attempts to access treatment as "unreasonable" - P 43 HERE.
