Tribunal Update: Reconsideration hearing listed

Yesterday, on Thursday 30th March, I had a hearing where my reconsideration hearing was scheduled to take place on Tuesday 25th April 2023 at Killymeal House in Belfast; one day was set aside.

While, at this time, I will not be lodging my appeal, I am mindful that it may still be necessary.

I will be asking the tribunal to revoke its decision in its entirety, and be relying on my request for reconsideration (HERE) to do so. The Judge suggested using a ‘speaking note’ as an aide to ensure I communicate all that supports my arguments, which I will be doing. I pointed out that my original witness statement was intended to be used as an 'aide memoire', but nobody questioned me on this, which would have helped me remember to use it.

As I was solely focused on my appeal, I intend to continue highlighting the tribunal's failures by posting evidence that fully supports my claims.
